Fun Run - May 2022

Now that the dust has settled and the rain has washed our chalk course markers away, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the Fun Run on Sunday 15th May – it was so wonderful to see so many Ivydale families coming together and enjoying themselves!

Special thanks also due to Patrick I for the loan of the course markers; Jim and Sarah, and Mariam for letting us borrow their gazebos; Fiona C, Peter B, Atya A, Nick C, Alison S, Elizabeth M, Sarah W, Tony R, Jess A, Zoe W, Becky J, Holly L and Miranda K for giving up their time to marshall the course; to Alex R for his fantastically energetic warm ups; to Helen for coming along and starting the races; and to Sarah M, Sarah W and Sophie for running the Information, Lost Child and First Aid areas so smoothly.

We are up to just over £3,400 on our online donation page, which will remain open until June 17th, so please encourage all of your friends and families to donate if they haven't already done so! Cash donations can also be dropped at the Ivydale offices until June 17th as well. 

All that's left to say is thank you again, and we're already putting together ideas on how to make 2023's race even better!
